1. Who we are and scope
PUBLISERE is the commercial brand operating this website and its digital services. Privacy requests: info@publisere.com. Our services support organizations using management software, CRM/ERP and, where enabled, communications integrations. This notice applies to this website, contact requests and available PUBLISERE services. Each customer organization may provide additional notices to its own users.
2. Types of information
Depending on the activated modules, data may include account and contact information, professional and organizational details, integration identifiers and authorization tokens stored server-side, appointments, business records, conversations and message metadata/content received through authorized channels, technical and support logs, and billing records. Customer organizations may upload patient or other sensitive information; this requires enhanced protection, appropriate authority and a valid legal basis. You do not need to share medical information to read these legal pages.
3. Sources and purposes
Information may come from users, customer organizations, and connected services authorized by them (such as WhatsApp Business Platform, Facebook, Instagram, email or Telegram when applicable). We process it to operate accounts, provide contracted functionality, synchronize authorized events, support customers, maintain security, detect misuse and satisfy legal duties. We do not sell personal information to advertisers.
4. Legal grounds and responsibilities
Depending on purpose and law, processing relies on contract performance, legal duties, appropriately balanced legitimate interests, or consent when required. Organizations generally decide how they use data entered into their workspaces and may act as controllers; PUBLISERE may act as a processor under documented instructions. PUBLISERE may act as controller for its own account, website, billing and security operations. Actual roles depend on the applicable agreements.
5. Connected channels and third parties
When a channel is enabled, necessary information may be exchanged with its provider subject to permissions and provider terms, including phone numbers, identifiers, conversation content, attachments, delivery status and webhooks. PUBLISERE is not Meta and does not claim affiliation or endorsement. A mentioned integration is not necessarily available to every customer. Customers must lawfully handle third-party and patient messages.
6. Retention
We retain data for the relationship and afterwards only as needed for the relevant purpose, contractual instructions, tax/health or other legal obligations, security and legal claims. Backups and logs may follow separate deletion cycles. No single retention period applies to all categories. Customers may request information about the periods applicable to their services.
7. Security
We implement or develop appropriate access controls, encryption in transit, credential protection, technical auditability, backups, logical tenant separation and incident procedures according to the service and risks. No service is risk-free. We address incidents according to applicable legal and contractual obligations. Users remain responsible for protecting their devices and credentials.
8. Sharing and international processing
Necessary infrastructure, hosting, email, communication, billing and support vendors may process data under applicable safeguards. Some providers process data outside Ecuador, subject to relevant legal transfer requirements. Clinical information is not pooled across independent organizations for advertising.
9. Individual rights
You may seek access, correction, deletion, objection, portability and other rights subject to applicable law. Email info@publisere.com. We may reasonably confirm identity before disclosing or deleting information. Where a customer organization controls data, we coordinate with it. Under Ecuadorian law, qualifying deletion requests are generally addressed within fifteen (15) days, subject to legal exceptions.
10. Cookies
These standalone legal pages do not require ad trackers or a data-collecting web form. The wider website or application may use functional sessions or other tools; any further analytics and advertising technologies must be disclosed and implemented as required by law.
11. Children, updates and contact
Business accounts are not designed to be opened directly by children. Customer-controlled processing involving minors is subject to appropriate safeguards. Updates will be dated here. Contact: info@publisere.com, Ecuador.
